Compact modular belt conveyor washer. Indexing conveyor consisting of two stainless-steel chains attached by a bolted laser-cut bar design to receive a fixture. The belt width is 18" with a capacity of 25 lbs/ft². Conveyor work height of 12". Automatic cleaning process: 4´ heated wash stage, 2' recirculated heated rinse, and high-impact pressure blow-off equipped with a noise reduction enclosure. Well equipped: PLC controlled, and automatic solution level control. Electrical heating. Electrical connection: 460V/3 phase/60Hz. Stainless-steel 304 construction. Demo unit, never been used.
