Multi-stage overhead monorail conveyor system, integrating a combination of spray and immersion with turbulation and ultrasonic cleaning. The system can process 12 different sizes of rack and pinion steering housings loaded in universal hanging fixtures. Parts are 100% dried by a convection oven after the cleaning process.
