This automated, multi-stage immersion
ultrasonic cleaning system is designed to clean remanufactured
aircraft engine components to remove coolants, oil, grease and metal
chips. Parts are loaded in baskets and are automatically transferred
as per a preprogrammed sequence through 3 immersion stages and 1
drying stage: ultrasonic heated wash, pre-rinse, final heated rinse
and convection drying. |
