Remanufactured Aircraft Engine Components

This automated, multi-stage immersion cleaning system is designed to clean remanufactured aircraft engine components to remove coolants, oil, grease and metal chips. Parts are loaded in baskets and are automatically transferred as per a preprogrammed sequence through 3 immersion stages and 1 drying stage: ultrasonic heated wash, pre-rinse, final heated rinse and convection drying.
