Precision Cleaning of 45" Long Commercial Crankshafts

Large volume of recirculated cleaning solution is sprayed on surfaces and in lubrication holes while the crankshaft is oscillating. The cleaning process is completed by a rinse and a power flush of holes ensuring a repeatable and high cleanliness level. The entire process is automatic.
