The Proceco PECS is a cleaning system designed to ensure repeatable product cleanliness quality. PECS is equipped with uniquely designed fixtures specifically constructed for effective cleaning and drying of pharmaceutical packaging contact parts. Flexibility is a feature of the PECS as it offers quick change-over from one set of contact parts to another. The PECS can clean a wide variety of contact parts including slats, scoops, brushes, trays, etc.

The PECS's fully enclosed stainless steel construction, features a double door design for operation between a clean room and non-clean room environment, to reliably maintain maximum cleanliness standards.

The contact parts loaded into the fixtures are rotated past multiple high impact V-jet nozzles providing continually changing contact angle to ensure complete cleaning coverage. The fixtures are designed to eliminate interference with the spray cleaning.

The PECS will improve efficiency in the packaging department as it ensures repeatability of the cleaning process, facilitating validation. The PECS also features manual and electronic cycle cleaning records to meet cGMP requirements.
