NEW INTEGRATED CLEANING SYSTEM FROM PROCECO

Improves Efficiency and Offers Increased Flexibility

At the last IMTS show located in Chicago, Proceco introduced to the marketplace its latest innovation in Integrated Cleaning Systems; a pallet transfer system which combines light machining with precision cleaning prior to leak testing. This state-of-the-art, integrated system is another example of Proceco's commitment to design, build and integrate superior innovative cleaning systems that deliver the lowest cost per part to their customers.

Flexibility is a key feature of the Proceco system as it offers multi-part capabilities with on demand change-over for a variety of gear case housings. Engineered from standard Proceco design modules, the pallet transfer system consists of a pallet storage carrousel, light-machining cell to perform drilling, tapping, and milling operations, followed by a precision cleaning system with regenerative blow-off and cooling. The three components are integrated together with a series of power and free conveyors.

The system improves total efficiency, offers increased flexibility and eliminates the need for tool changes between machining and cleaning operations.
