The TYPHOON®-OCW incorporates a powered monorail overhead conveyor to move parts through each process. The machine design saves floor space by hanging long parts from the conveyor vertically rather than conveying them horizontally.
The PROCECO TYPHOON®-OCW can be engineered for parts cleaning, surface pre-treatment, and treatment processes such as phosphating and Lubrite®. Because of PROCECO's modular design approach, various standard modules can be added together to create a multi-stage process. The TYPHOON®-MD drum washer uses immersion followed by spray to clean small parts such as machine screws, fasteners, die castings, and stamped components in a continuous process. The drum is designed to tumble the parts so that all part surfaces are exposed to the spray jets, as well as to convey the parts through each process.
The washer is completely automatic: the operator loads the parts into a chute at the entrance of the drum, and the cleaned parts are automatically discharged at the opposite end.
The standard cleaning process consists of a heated recirculating stage using aqueous-based detergent. The system's modular design allows for the addition of optional cleaning, rinsing, and drying stages to accommodate any of your specific process and cleanliness requirements.
The PROCECO TYPHOON® Mini-MD is a compact drum washer designed to clean small machine screws, fasteners, die casting, and stamped parts in a continuous process using immersion followed by spray. Bulk parts are loaded into the washer's inlet chute and fall into a horizontal perforated drum. The drum is designed to tumble the parts so that all part surfaces are exposed to the spray cleaning jets, as well as to convey the parts through each process. The cleaned parts fall through the outlet chute into a container of your choice.
The TYPHOON® MB-D washer automatically cleans and dries a variety of types and sizes of reusable plastic dunnage, trays and pallets in a continuous process. A hot aqueous cleaning solution is sprayed on all dunnage surfaces to remove machining oil, coolants, metal chips, transport dust, and dirt. The solution is recirculated to conserve water, detergent, and heat.
Clean dunnage exits the washer after having passed through the high-impact, air blow-off drying stage. An optional automatic return conveyor can be added to return the dunnage to the loading side, enabling a single operator to load and unload the system. Other options are available for tailoring the MB-D dunnage washer to meet your cleaning requirements.

The PROCECO TYPHOON®-RCP is a batch-type power-spray cabinet washer designed to clean large, heavy workpieces while taking up minimal floor space. Typical applications include cleaning of die, heavy machinery hydraulic components, and diesel engine blocks. The double sliding doors provide wide access for easy top loading with a hoist or front loading with a forklift.
PROCECO cleaning technology uses environmentally friendly, water-based cleaning solutions instead of harmful solvents. The cleaning process consists of a wash stage using a continuously recirculated, hot-water cleaning solution containing a low detergent concentration (between 2% and 5%). A spray manifold surrounding all four sides of the stationary workpiece power sprays the cleaning solution and travels back and forth across the entire length of the part, ensuring complete coverage of all surfaces. Within a short cycle time, the system effectively removes oil, grease, debris, and dust from part surfaces.
The PROCECO TYPHOON®-RCP is an ideal parts washer for rebuild and remanufacturing applications. The system can also incorporate a selection of options for removing oil and sludge from the solution, which substantially extends solution life and reduces the need for manual tank clean-out.
PROCECO RDB-700 is a six-axis robotic cleaning and deburring system designed to remove burrs, chips, and non-parent material from medium-sized complex machined components. Using high-pressure rotary water jets, the articulating robot is programmed to position a lance nozzle to deburr all the machined holes, intersections, and difficult-to-access cavities of a steel or aluminum workpiece mounted on a fixture. The lance nozzle precisely sprays a pressurized water-based solution to clean, flush, and deburr in a single operation. After cleaning, air is directed through the lance nozzle and the robot again passes through all machined areas, blowing excess solution away from the part.

The SI parts washer comes complete with fully recirculated, aqueous immersion wash and rinse. At the beginning of every wet-process stage, the rotating basket fixture is power-sprayed by V-jet spray nozzles filling the immersion tank. Basket rotation during immersion and power-spraying ensures precision cleaning and complete removal of contamination. Following all wet-process stages, the parts are sprayed without immersion, thereby ensuring that they will not be recontaminated.
A high-pressure regenerative blower removes most of the water from the parts; an optional heater is also available.
The TYPHOON® SI-1's cleaning chamber has a capacity of two standard baskets while the SI-2 model has four-basket capacity per batch.

The PROCECO TSI-2 is an aqueous rotary-tunnel spray-immersion washer designed to accept baskets or components in a fixture. Precision cleaning technologies such as spray-immersion, multiple wet stages, injection flooding, and clamp-and-flush are available, as well as conventional blow-off and/or vacuum drying.
Throughout the process, the workload is rotated (on a horizontal axis) to provide additional agitation during immersion, as well as exposure to all workpiece surfaces during spray cleaning and blow-off.
