SigmaClean^® Agi-Spray

SigmaClean^® Agi-Spray is a compact spray-immersion cleaning system designed to easily fit into any LEAN production cell to produce clean and dry parts at minimal costs. Its triple-cleaning action combines high-impact spray, turbulent immersion and forced flushing to clean even the most complex parts. Workpieces are loaded into standard baskets or into custom-engineered Proceco fixtures. Ultrasonics can also be added for additional precision cleaning.

SigmaClean^® Conveyor offers a small footprint without compromising cleaning quality. Its design delivers 25% more cleaning process time than its rivals. In addition, value-added features include: rugged stainless-steel construction, failsafe safety guarding, larger solution tank and low-maintenance design. SigmaClean^® Rotary

Designed with today's factory in mind, the SigmaClean^® Rotary washer easily fits into any LEAN production cell to produce clean and dry parts at minimal costs. This power-spray aqueous washer can process small to medium parts weighing up to 40 lbs at a high, continous production rate, allowing maximum production flexibility.

From a single-point loading and unloading position, workpieces are placed onto planetary turntables, which in turn rotate through the cleaning and high-impact blow-off stages ensuring superior exposure of all part surfaces.
