TYPHOON^® MB-H Heavy-Duty Belt Conveyor Parts Washer

The Proceco model TYPHOON^® MB-H is a heavy-duty power-spray-type belt parts washer designed for automatic processing and cleaning of heavily contaminated and/or heavy parts and components. Capacities of up to 300 pounds per square foot are available. The MB-H parts washer is also available in an optional multi-stage configuration, which can include required processes such as recirculated wash, recirculated rinse, freshwater rinse, drying blow-off.

TYPHOON^® MB-S Modular Belt Conveyor Washer

The Proceco model TYPHOON^® MB-S is a medium- and light-duty power-spray-type belt conveyor parts washer designed for automatic parts processing. The standard cleaning process is a heated recirculating stage using an aqueous-based detergent, followed by a heated recirculated rinse, and a heated or a cold air blow-off. Capacities range up to 25 pounds per square foot. A selection of option is available such as indexing conveyor, drying oven, and cleaning solution filtration to customize your belt conveyor parts washer to meet your specific application needs.
