Robotic Parts Washers

The flexibility of Proceco's robotic washing equipment can reduce the maintenance time for components by up to 80%. Large complex parts can be cleaned with this new, non-polluting equipment.

A 5-axis robotic spray head in this universal washer directs high-pressure cleaning and rinsing solutions (up to 5000 psi) at specific areas of the workpiece. Multiple programmable sequences for cleaning many different workpieces can be developed and stored using the included teach feature.

The versatility of this concept makes it ideal for replacing manual cleaning of large, complex workpieces with low to moderate production rates, and for use in applications where a general-purpose spray washer cannot effectively clean different loads having wide variations in shape and size.
