Lean Washers

Proceco Lean Washers are designed to operate in a typical lean manufacturing cell. Proceco lean machines have single load/unload stations and require a single operator or a pick-and-place robot. All services and routine maintenance items are located at the rear of the washer, opposite the operator end. Because the washer’s sides are free of any routine maintenance items, the washer may be installed next to a wall or other machinery.

These washers are ideally suited for lean manufacturing cells, require limited floor space and may be used for in-process or final cleaning and drying applications.

Through selective incorporation of options, the washer may be configured to handle a wide variety of process and cleanliness requirements with high levels of reliability and repeatability.
