TYPHOON® MD Modular Continuous Drum Parts Washer

The Proceco TYPHOON® MD is suitable for cleaning small workpieces such as screw-machine parts, fasteners, small die castings and stampings. The rotary drum tumbles the workpieces so that all surfaces are exposed to the spray-cleaning jets.

The washer is completely automatic and the operator loads the parts into a chute on the entrance end of the drum, with the cleaned parts being automatically discharged at the opposite end.

The modular design system allows for the addition of optional cleaning, rinsing and drying stages for specific requirements.

TYPHOON® Mini MD Drum Parts Washer

The TYPHOON® Mini MD Drum washer is a light-duty power-spray-type drum washer designed for automatic part processing. This model is particularly suitable for cleaning small workpieces such as screw machine parts, fasteners, small die castings and stampings.

The rotary drum tumbles the workpieces so that all surfaces are exposed to the spray cleaning jets. The operator loads the parts into a chute on the entrance end of the drum and the cleaned parts are automatically discharged out the opposite end.

The standard cleaning process is a heated re-circulating stage using aqueous-based detergent. Through selective incorporation of options, the washer may be configured to handle specific process and cleanliness requirements economically. With a footprint of 74" x 42", this compact model occupies minimum floor space and will perfectly handle small batches with a reduced investment.
