Vertical Vacuum Dryers

The Proceco Vacuum Dryer is a top-loading vertical cylinder with a hydraulically operated clamshell-type lid. The dryer is designed to operate in conjunction with a Proceco Turntable Parts Washer.

Components are transferred from the parts washer to the drying chamber immediately after the cleaning cycle is completed, while the parts are still very hot. The vacuum in the drying chamber will cause the moisture to evaporate completely with the heat stored in the components..

Horizontal Through-Fed Vacuum Dryers

The horizontal vacuum dryer is a through-fed design with automatic operated sliding doors at each end, and integrated conveyor loading and unloading system.

Components are transferred from the parts washer to the drying chamber immediately after the cleaning cycle is completed, while the parts are still very hot.
