Junior Technical Sales Representative


We are looking for a career-minded Junior Technical Sales Representative to join our team. Working out of our Montreal, Quebec office, the successful candidate will work closely with the sales team and applications engineering to develop business and ensure exceptional customer service.


Interim Sales Director


  • Friday workday ends at 1 PM all year long.

  • To identify new opportunities, develop new business as well as build upon existing relationships to support our continued growth.
  • To consult with new and existing customers as it relates to new business opportunities that fit with Proceco’s strategy for growth.
  • To prepare detailed quarterly action plans for endorsement.
  • To maintain an excellent client relationship with the existing and potential client.
  • To maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Initiate and complete proposals and presentations for new business opportunities.
  • Work with management to prepare and present product solutions both in-person and virtually.


  • A passion for sales and a drive to succeed.
  • An appreciation for Proceco’s values, self-motivated, and a capacity to meet schedules and deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with all organization levels in a professional and personal manner.
  • Mechanical aptitude will be essential for dealing with industrial and mechanical engineers.
  • Ability to travel throughout North America.
  • Must have fluent English language skills.
  • Post-secondary education with a focus on business or engineering.
  • 0-3 years of experience in technical sales and customer support.


  • Half workday on Fridays
  • 3 weeks of vacation after the first year (1 week during the end-of-year closure + 2 at your choice)
