Assemble projects of every category and manage assigned personnel, space and material within the specified timeframes.

Mechanical Manufacturing Foreman

Friday workday ends at 1 PM all year long.

Provides the mechanical manufacturing of projects under the supervision of the engineering team.
Meets and maintains security standards in their team and their workspace.
Enforces, for their team and themselves, high quality and compliance requirements.
Meets deadlines and specified timeframes.
Efficiently manages assigned personnel.
Is available outside of regular working hours when circumstances so require.
Completes and signs inspection forms.
Identifies and reports issues on relevant documents.
Defines time estimates left to complete current projects when required.
Actively participates in various project manufacturing meetings.
Provides customer service.

Recognized training in welding assembly.
Basic knowledge of mechanics, plumbing, hydraulic systems, pneumatic systems, industrial gases and industrial concepts.
Very high level of self-sufficiency.
At least 10 years of experience in a similar manufacturing environment.

Half workday on Fridays
3 weeks of vacation after the first year (1 week during the end-of-year closure + 2 at your choice)
