**PROCECO Ltd. Begins New Chapter with Acquisition by Entrepreneur Philip Infilise**

In a significant industry move, Helmut Schauer Co-founder and Chairman of the Board and Robert Burns, President
of Proceco Ltd., and Philip Infilise, Founder and CEO of Beyond the Dotz Inc are pleased to announce the
acquisition of PROCECO Ltd. by Philip Infilise effective April 16th, 2024. As PROCECO embarks on a new chapter in its
rich 49-year history, this acquisition strategically positions the company for continued success in the marketplace.
PROCECO will continue to operate on a “business as usual” basis from its head-office in Montreal, Quebec with
Robert Burns, remaining as President, continuing to lead the company’s talented team as the recognized leader in
the North American Parts Cleaning Equipment industry, based on their expertise in the design and manufacture of
customized industrial solutions. Philip Infilise will become CEO of PROCECO, effective April 16th, 2024.
In light of Helmut’s retirement and the desire for a change in ownership, PROCECO is transitioning to new leadership
while maintaining its unique expertise. Since its inception in 1975, PROCECO has dominated the North American
Parts Cleaning Equipment Industry, largely due to its early adoption of water-based cleaning technology. This
environmentally friendly approach replaced the use of ozone-depleting chlorinated solvents, positioning PROCECO as
a technology leader. The resurgence of manufacturing industries in the USMCA region presents growth
opportunities for PROCECO’s high-quality, high-performance cleaning equipment. The search for new owners
prioritized local or Canadian buyers with strong business, management, leadership backgrounds, and
sales/distribution expertise.
