  • TECHNICAL WRITER

    For five decades, PROCECO Ltd. has specialized in the design and manufacture of industrial parts washers and custom integrated systems for precision cleaning, high-pressure water-jet deburring, fluorescent penetrant inspection, surface treatment, and wastewater treatment.
    We're seeking a skilled Technical Writer to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in crafting comprehensive, customer-focused documentation.

    Responsibilities

    • Assess documentation needs for each project, collaborating closely with engineering, project management, and customer support departments to develop operation, maintenance, and parts manuals according to established company standards.
    • Update documentation for cleaning systems already in service when required due to retrofits.
    • Drive ongoing enhancements to documentation processes and tools to boost efficiency and quality.
    • Assist other departments with proofreading.
    Essential Requirements
    • Minimum of 3 5 years of experience as a Technical Writer.
    • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills, demonstrating a mastery of English grammar and style.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
    • Capacity to work autonomously and as part of a team.
    Preferred Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree in Technical Communication, English, Language Education, or a related field.
    • Proficiency in French.
    • Familiarity with desktop publishing tools such as Adobe InDesign.
    • Experience with technical illustration or graphic design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar applications.
