    As a Business Development Manager, you will play a critical role in our growth and expansion. You will be at the forefront in identifying and developing strategic business opportunities, driving market expansion, and fostering key partnerships. This role requires a proactive, self-driven individual with a proven track record of generating leads and closing deals.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Proactively pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and direct outreach.
    • Independently identify and qualify potential clients and build a strong sales pipeline.
    • Develop and execute compelling sales strategies to secure new business and exceed targets.
    • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for PROCECO and its clients.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
    • Represent PROCECO at industry events, showcasing our expertise and building brand awareness.

    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
    • Proven track record of success in business development or sales, with a focus on new client acquisition.
    • Proven ability in achieving sales targets and KPIs
    • Demonstrated ability to generate leads and convert them into closed deals.
    • Proven ability to drive new sales: prospecting, qualifying customers’ needs and expectations by delivering presentations, qualifying concerns, and closing.
    • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain business relationships with prospective customers to generate new business.
    • Strong understanding of market dynamics and trends, with the ability to identify and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
    • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
    • Highly motivated, results-oriented, and self-driven individual with a strong entrepreneurial spirit.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
