    For over 50 years, PROCECO has been a leader in the industrial parts cleaning sector. We are looking for a motivated Technical Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team.     Your Mission

     

    As a Technical Inside Sales Representative, you will be a key contributor to our sales strategy. You will help identify and qualify new opportunities, manage customer relationships, and promote our industrial solutions.

     

    Your Responsibilities

    • Generate new business opportunities through outbound calls
    • Guide clients through the sales process, from first contact to contract signing
    • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers
    • Collaborate with sales and technical support teams
    • Prepare and submit customized quotations
    • Manage your sales pipeline within the CRM
    • Actively contribute to PROCECO’s growth

     

    The Ideal Candidate Description:

     

    • Strong motivation for sales and desire to exceed targets
    • Proactive and able to manage priorities independently
    • Bilingual in French and English (see legal justification above)
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills
    • Comfortable with outbound calling and customer interaction
    • Bachelor’s degree in engineering

    OR in business administration, marketing or communications with strong technical aptitude
    OR DEC in engineering or a related field with relevant experience

    • Interest in B2B sales and ambition to evolve into a strategic development role
    • Good understanding of mechanical or industrial systems, with willingness to expand this knowledge

    As a Business Development Manager, you will play a critical role in PROCECO’s growth and expansion. You will be at the forefront of identifying and developing strategic business opportunities, driving market expansion, and fostering key partnerships. This role requires a proactive, self-driven individual with a proven track record of generating leads and closing complex sales.

     

    Responsibilities

    • Proactively pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and direct outreach
      • Independently identify and qualify potential clients and build a strong sales pipeline
      • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to secure new business and exceed performance targets
      • Negotiate and close deals while ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for PROCECO and its clients
      • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and high customer satisfaction
      • Represent PROCECO at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to promote expertise and brand awareness

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
      • Proven track record of success in business development or sales, with a strong focus on new client acquisition
      • Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
      • Strong experience in lead generation, prospecting, needs analysis, solution presentation, and deal closure
      • Ability to develop and maintain long-term business relationships with prospective customers
      • Strong understanding of market dynamics and trends, with the ability to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities
      • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
      • Highly motivated, results-oriented, and self-driven, with a strong entrepreneurial mindset
      • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

    Language Requirements and Legal Context

    In accordance with applicable Québec legislation, PROCECO ensures that French remains the normal and everyday language of work within the organization.

    However, the requirement for proficiency in English for this position is justified and necessary based on the nature of the role and its responsibilities.

     

    The Business Development Manager position involves regular and essential communication with clients, partners, and stakeholders located outside Québec, primarily in the United States, as well as in other English-speaking markets. These communications include, but are not limited to, sales discussions, contract negotiations, technical presentations, written correspondence, and participation in international industry events, all of which are conducted predominantly in English.

     

    As such, proficiency in English is required to perform the core duties of the position effectively and to support PROCECO’s business operations and growth in external markets. This requirement is directly linked to the job functions and is not intended to impose unnecessary language constraints within the organization.

     

    Knowledge of additional languages, including Spanish, is considered an asset to support business development activities in emerging international markets.
