For over 50 years, PROCECO has been a leader in the industrial parts cleaning sector. We are looking for a motivated Technical Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. If you're passionate about sales, technology-driven, and eager to contribute to an innovative company, this is a unique opportunity to be part of our success.
Your Mission
As a Technical Inside Sales Representative, you will be a key contributor to our sales strategy. You will help identify and qualify new opportunities, manage customer relationships, and promote our industrial solutions.
Your Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound calls
- Guide clients through the sales process, from first contact to contract signing
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers
- Collaborate with sales and technical support teams
- Prepare and submit customized quotations
- Manage your sales pipeline within the CRM
- Actively contribute to PROCECO’s growth
The Ideal Candidate Description:
- Strong motivation for sales and desire to exceed targets
- Proactive and able to manage priorities independently
- Bilingual in French and English (see legal justification above)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Comfortable with outbound calling and customer interaction
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering
OR in business administration, marketing or communications with strong technical aptitude
OR DEC in engineering or a related field with relevant experience- Interest in B2B sales and ambition to evolve into a strategic development role
- Good understanding of mechanical or industrial systems, with willingness to expand this knowledge

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Proactively pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and direct outreach.
- Independently identify and qualify potential clients and build a strong sales pipeline.
- Develop and execute compelling sales strategies to secure new business and exceed targets.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Proven track record of success in business development or sales, with a focus on new client acquisition.
- Proven ability in achieving sales targets and KPIs
- Demonstrated ability to generate leads and convert them into closed deals.
- Proven ability to drive new sales: prospecting, qualifying customers’ needs and expectations by delivering presentations, qualifying concerns, and closing.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain business relationships with prospective customers to generate new business.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and trends, with the ability to identify and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Highly motivated, results-oriented, and self-driven individual with a strong entrepreneurial spirit.
