    ROLE OVERVIEW

    Project Planner (Permanent Position)

     

    Location: Montreal, QC

     

    Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 7:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.; Friday, 7:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.

     

    Salary: Based on experience

    Proceco is seeking a Project Planner to support its project management team in a dynamic, multi-project manufacturing environment. This strategic role is essential to ensuring proper project planning, scheduling, and tracking, in collaboration with various departments.

     

    This is a key opportunity for a proactive, structured, and results-oriented individual, as part of a planned internal transition.

    Key Responsibilities


    • Develop and maintain project schedules

    • Monitor progress, identify delays, and propose corrective measures

    • Track project costs, anticipate budget variances, and recommend improvements

       

    • Coordinate procurement activities to ensure timely delivery of critical components

       

    • Organize and lead internal meetings to identify risks and resolve issues

       

    • Communicate regularly with clients regarding milestones and deliverables

       

    • Produce status reports and dashboards according to predetermined intervals

       

    • Document lessons learned and contribute to process improvement

       

    • Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards

     

    Requirements

     

    • College diploma (DEC) in industrial engineering, project management, or a related field

       

    • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or technical project environment

       

    • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills

       

    • Fluency in spoken and written French; English is an asset

       

    • Comfortable managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines

       

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and ERP systems (cost and planning modules)
